This set does not inclued the rubber backer pad, do not make a mistakke, it is clever to buy a set with the pad and buy the DVS protector $9.95, instead of a rubber backer pad for $29.95

I bought this from an external vendor, in a concrete counter top kit. At $199 for the kit it seemed a good risk. UNfortunately, the water hose supplied leaked around the quick disconnect and sprayed/dripped water all the time, including onto the grinder. After about 4 hrs, the grinder shorted out completely. I received several “tingles” requiring use of rubber gloves which never tripped the supplied GFCI.
It produced useful work, but the early demise was disappointing. My experience with the other vendor was very dissatisfying. If you were very careful to never let the water drip onto the grinder your milage might be better.
