Without adding any ingredients this product tenderizes most proteins quickly and efficiently. It cleans in the dishwasher. I recently used it on a roast size cut of NY Strip- the result was outstanding making the steaks as buttery as tenderloin. Care needs to be used with the product to keep it clean and sharp. If you love steak , you’re going to love the Deni!

The blades do wonders in tenderizing any meat. Meats come out really well marinated using it. The safety lock feature is a real bonus to household with kids.
After all the work, the device can be a little tricky to clean properly if one does not have a dishwasher. Be sure to use high pressure water flush to properly clean the blades before putting it away.

A lot easier to clean than anticipated. I sometimes have limited strength in hands, but have no difficulty using it. This really improves the meat. If you spray PAM over the steak before grilling it, it stays juicy, even with the holes. I bought this after talking with the manager of my favorite restaurant. It seems to be well made and sturdy. The handle fits my hand well.

Have been using this for 2 years now and it is fantastic. Works on any type of meat and it truly does tenderize even the toughest cuts. It’s super easy to use and is easy to clean. You can either pop it into the dishwasher or clean it by hand.
