Put the grinder with grinding disc in the vise. Put wrench on nut and position so wrench is horizontal. Hit the end of the wrench with a hammer using a quick solid blow to the end of the wrench. Nut turns counter clockwise to remove.

These can be tough. The best way to get them off is if there are no holes in the nut, then be very careful and drill a few holes about 5/32″ in the nut. Try not to go too far past the nut itself, then with a small drift pin, place it at an ange to the surface and a few sharp blows with a small hammer on the end of the pin will usually do the job.
Or if you have one with a nut, then just hit the wrench a few good blows, and it should come off
